Our
Programs
In addition to School
Age Child Care and Summer Camp programs, we offer several programs for
adults and children of varied interests. See below for examples
of some of these fine programs:
After School Care
is available for Old Farmers Road School, Long Valley Middle School,
Kossmann/Flocktown School (participants are bussed from there to Old
Farmers Road School), and Mansfield Elementary School. The
program runs from the time of dismissal until 6pm. More
information about After School Care can be found
here.
Babysitting -
This class will train teenagers in the art of babysitting. Emphasis
will be on safety issues and childcare skills. Participants will
learn basic first aid, infant care, child development, recreational
ideas, and positive discipline techniques for all ages of children. We
will formulate a safety information checklist for babysitters to use
at each job. Additional information including the program flyer
and registration can be found
here in PDF format.
Backyard Swim
is in its tenth year. Join us as our certified and insured
swim instructor comes to your pool to teach lessons. Lessons are
available for either children or adults with any swimming ability.
Our goal is to introduce and enhance various swim techniques in a fun
and relaxed environment. Lessons are offered to Long Valley and
surrounding towns.
Additional
information for the 2010 season will be available shortly.
Kindergarten
Kids - The Kindergarten Kids program is available for Kindergarten
students within the Washington Township School District. It is
designed for any child who may need extended child care as well as a
child who may benefit from social and educational enrichment.
The program takes place during the child's opposing kindergarten
session at our location. Students are transported to and from
school. More information can be found
here for 2009-2010 or

Preschool Pals
is designed for children age three to five. The program
provides a nurturing, social atmosphere. Daily activities
include circle time, arts and crags, letter and number recognition,
and time for imaginative play.
